David Warlick – How must the school change to meet the requirements of today’s student? An interesting article – “Our Schools are Leaking” with some very thoughtful responses. I especially liked Stephen Downes’ response in which he challenges the author to ponder “the hard questions”, such as “What does a learning network look like?”

Edublogs.org. is a free blogging site that I recently discovered thanks to a tip from educator Bob Sprangle in his “Bit by Bit” podcast. Feel free to post your thoughts and comments here on blogging, podcasting, teacher web sites or any other topic of interest to the Porter learning community. I am very excited about the potential of these new technologies to enhance student learning.
